I purchased my 59 Corvette at Jack Hunt Auto. Jack is a great guy. No pressure, no b.s., and very friendly and knowledgeable (Jack owned a FI 1962 Corvette). I would buy another car from Jack in a hearbeat.

Jack Hunt Auto also services cars, including a lot of cars from the 50's and 60's. Jack's brother, Brad, does a lot of the top end mechanical work.

Brad installed my FI unit, and did a fantastic job. Brad really got into the project - he took a lot of pride in the work that he was doing. Brad had to manufacturer a linkage assembly for the powerglide, fix a leaking fuel filter, rejuvenate the kickdown mechanism, and come up with a host of other fixes to convert a 1x4 powerglide car into a FI car. Using Noland Adams Restoration guide, Brad meticulously researched everything that he installed on the car.

Thanks to Jerry Bramlett and Brad Hunt, the car looks great and runs perfectly.

As I indicated, the engine compartment was pretty grim when I purchased the car. In a two-step process, Jack Hunt Auto's body and paint guys detailed the engine compartment and Brad installed a correct 915 distributor, an original January 1959 radiator, an original fuel filter, a 4 blade fan, the FI unit, an original FI air cleaner, and some lesser items.
