344Y..1953 Corvette Convertible, production VIN #93 of 300 produced, Blue Flame Six, powerglide, numbers match. Polo White paint with Sportsman Red interior and Black soft top. Restored twice: Once in the mid '70's and again in the late '90's/early 2000's. Body-off restored in show condition. NCRS Top Flight certifications (multiple), NCRS PV'd (Performance Verified), and winner of the prestigious NCRS Duntov Mark of Excellence award. This is one of the best 1953's in the world! Optioned with Wonderbar radio, e-brake warning light, windshield washers, courtesy lights, heater, hubcaps, and 6.70x15" wide white tires. Most all factory correct type components including the spare, jack, jack tools, trunk mat, trunk liner, side windows, side window bag, rebound straps, spiral shocks, washer system, tar top battery, shifter, shielding, air cleaners, generator, side draft carbs, #066 head, hood pop-ups, owners manual, and sales brochure. Documented with the NCRS certificates/judging sheets and unbroken owner history back to 1975 when the past owner (NCRS member #624) bought this car and first restored it and drove it from the west coast to the 25th anniversary NCRS meet in Flint, Michigan which was the home (production facility) of the original 300 Corvettes that were produced in 1953 of which only 125 to 140 are estimated to have survived.
